Because of this, our refund and exchange policy is designed to honour the time and craftsmanship that go into every item — while still supporting you in finding a piece you truly love.

We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery, and your satisfaction means a lot to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help and will do our best to find a solution, whether that’s an exchange or refund.
Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery (or purchase date for in-store items).
Items must be unused and in their original condition with their original packaging and their labels attached.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
