Because of this, our refund and exchange policy is designed to honour the time and craftsmanship that go into every item, while still supporting you in finding a piece you truly love.
We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery, and your satisfaction means a lot to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help and will do our best to find a solution, whether that’s an exchange or refund.
Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery (or purchase date for in-store items).
Items must be unused and in their original condition with their original packaging and their labels attached.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges within 7 days. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items showing signs of wear or damage.
Items which have had their labels removed.
Custom orders, adjusted jewellery, and engraved items.

If your purchase was made directly through our website or via email correspondence, please contact us using the email address or the form provided. Include a description of your order along with the reason for the return.
